Julie provides specialist support for new parents suffering with post natal depression and general anxiety around pregnancy and parenthood. 50 minute counselling sessions are available via zoom or face to face in Chiropractic by Hand on Tuesdays or other days are available via her home in SW12.
Fees are £65.00 for 50 minutes.

Josie has been running local NCT antenatal courses since 2004, including NCT: Yoga for Pregnancy classes and qualified as a Breastfeeding Counsellor and birth doula in 2015.
Josie tends to specialise in supporting women with a previous traumatic birth or those with
a history of mental health issues. Josie also works as a Postnatal Doula providing new mothers and their partners with friendly, calm, non-judgemental, caring support during
the first few weeks and months.

mothers after the births of their babies, assisting them with all aspects of new parenting
as well as helping them to explore their feeding challenges - offering both practical and emotional support as well as information to help Mums to choose how to feed their baby.
